Well, we are rolling around to Customer Appreciation Day again, Wednesday 25th July, which means 20% off all items which are not already marked down. If you sign up for our points card you can get 10% off all regular priced items every day AND for every dollar you spend you earn a point. 100 points gets you $5 off your next purchase even on items which are already marked down!
There's another month gone by, and not quite enough sunshine for my liking, but I suppose I should be grateful for the rain - it's one of the things that makes our area such a beautiful place to live. Remember though, if you're not out in the sun much, take vitamin D - due to the recent findings that it may prevent cancer, and if you're not getting enough sunshine - you're probably not getting enough vitamin D!

As part of our endeavours to make information easily available to you we have begun assembling information on supplememts useful for various diseases and conditions and we have a bookcase at the back of the store containing books and brochures on natural health topics which you are welcome to make use of. We also have some tables and chairs where you are welcome to sit and read, chat, or enjoy one of our delicious smoothies or teas.
